Usernames are treated as pseudonyms and will never be used by the platform "nonogram.ME" to track user activity outside its own servers.

For the purpose of logging in, a required session cookie will be set.
This cookie is only used to identify a user for submission of nonograms and the addition to total plays of a nonogram.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you also agree to this cookie being set and processed for its intended purpose.

This platform does not use third party advertisement and does not share any data with other sites or services aside from the submitted content when sharing on social media.

Content policy

Any submitted content is solely owned by the platform "Nonogram.ME". By submitting content you waive any rights to the created image and/or text.

Submitted content may be edited or deleted without notice if platform "Nonogram.ME" deems it inappropriate or in violation of these terms and conditions or any other reason.

Content submitted by non-staff will be held for review and may be denied without notice.

Inappropriate content

Content may be deemed inappropriate by the platform "Nonogram.ME" if any of the following descriptions apply:

1. Illegal content
   1. Content that is considered illegal in Germany and/or the European Union
2. Violent content
   1. Image or text depicting an act of violence
   2. Hateful content against persons or groups of persons
3. Adult content
   1. Pixel-art depicting a nude body
   2. Adult only content
4. Political and/or religious content
   1. Flags of any kind, country or otherwise
   2. Religious symbolism
   3. Political persons and/or symbols
5. Identifying and third party content
   1. Codes that link to other websites or services like QR or other codes
   2. Personal data like names and addresses of others and similar content

Prohibited behaviour

Impersonation

Impersonation of persons and/or staff will result in immediate termination of the account.

Change of terms

Terms and conditions may be subject to change and will be enforced in any form they have or will have existed in.
